MedVentive was founded in 1997 by the CareGroup Healthcare System, an integrated, at-risk network of 3,000 physicians, six hospitals and more than 1 million patients. CareGroup's main tertiary facility, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, is a teaching facility of Harvard Medical School.
Increasing demand for access to our solutions from organizations outside CareGroup led to the formation of MedVentive in 2005.
Today MedVentive provides intervention and information solutions for healthcare delivery networks, payers, and employer coalitions. It is a nationally recognized leader in the development and deployment of technology to solve critical challenges facing risk-bearing and incentive-driven networks.
