Clinical Rules Analyst
The Clinical Rules Analyst designs, develops, tests and implements clinical rules and related components linked to MedVentive applications and data processes. The position also assists with designing, developing, modifying and testing the clinical and analytic components and methodologies of MedVentive’s applications. This job role is responsible for analyzing and ensuring the data outputs of these applications are clinically and analytically accurate, logical, with actionable information that meets business needs. This position is directly involved with releases of MedVentive's clinical and business intelligence products.
Data Integration Analyst
The Data Integration Analyst will manage MedVentive’s Data Integration process. Duties include analyzing client data files, monitoring the receipt and transfer of data files for processing, working with internal Project Managers and Account Managers to resolve issues with client data files, checking the quality of data files, and producing internal and client reports. The Data Integration Analyst will take responsibility for ensuring the smooth flow of client data from receipt to system loading. This role will also support Project Managers and Account Managers with ad hoc data investigation and query requests.
Implementation Project Manager
The Implementation Project Manager is accountable and responsible for efficient and high quality implementation engagements for the MedVentive suite of healthcare software products. This position involves working directly with clients and interfacing with the internal clinical and technical engineering teams to successfully configure, implement and deploy MedVentive’s software for a portfolio of healthcare clients. The Implementation Project Manager will also provide valuable input in an effort to continuously enhance and improve internal methodologies and practices and to provide excellent customer service.
Production Data Analyst
The Production Data Analyst will execute all production tasks to load client data into MedVentive’s client data warehouses and subsequently refresh client production systems from the updated data warehouses. The analyst will follow set production processing steps of all clients they are responsible for in the agreed upon timelines for each client. When production processing issues arise, this role will be the first line of problem resolution and if not able to resolve issue independently, the Production Data Analyst will escalate the issue to production support staff or other teams.
Clinical Pharmacist
Reporting to the VP of Client Services, the Clinical Pharmacist will provide our clients with key clinical insights regarding the pharmacy industry. This role will work with key clients including physicians and leaders of a physician organization (PHO) and health plans. The Clinical Pharmacist is primarily responsible for supporting the pharmaceutical management activities of our clients.
Senior .NET Developer
The Senior .NET Developer is responsible for analyzing requirements, designing, developing and implementing systems in support of MedVentive’s product goals in a commercial software development environment. This role will provide mentorship to team members as well as actively participate in development teams. The Senior .NET Developer is expected to be proficient in areas such as software configuration management, release planning, and establishing / improving development methodologies. This role will work daily on common development issues, such as architecture decisions, design patterns, coding standards and recommendations, and design and code reviews.
Quality Assurance Analyst
The Quality Assurance Analyst develops, publishes and implements test plans. This role also writes and maintains test automation, develops quality assurance standards, and defines and tracks quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts. This position requires experience using quality assurance methodologies for the entire project life cycle.
Implementation Data Analyst
The implementation analyst will manage MedVentive’s technical client implementation process. Duties include analyzing client data, configuring MedVentive applications according to client needs, working with client IT staff to troubleshoot implementation issues and coordinating all internal resources in the application delivery process. By providing key subject knowledge of the process, the Implementation Analyst will take responsibility for meeting the client’s delivery date. This role will also support a client’s expanding needs by implementing new functionality or data sources. The ideal candidate should enjoy working with clients and internal staff in a fast-paced environment. This position requires strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate internal and external resources to deliver quality products to clients.
Account Manager
The Account Manager is responsible for the overall delivery of products and services to their assigned clients, and for their clients’ satisfaction and success with MedVentive. Successful candidates will have excellent written and oral communication skills, strong technical and analytical abilities, and the ability to multi-task in order to manage multiple clients and projects.
